Information about order processing and delivery times.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Below are estimated shipping times by region:

United States 5–10 business days
Canada 7–15 business days
Europe 7–15 business days
Australia / New Zealand 8–18 business days
International 10–20 business days

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Beto Sombreros is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Beto Sombreros is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Beto Sombreros is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and time. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Beto Sombreros has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through a replacement or refund.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
