RETURNS & REFUNDS
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- With tags and packaging intact
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the exchange.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.
